Don Eisenhauer
Don joined the Bravo Waukegan Board in 2019 after being a dedicated donor for many years. A lifelong music lover, he played piano as a teenager and has sung in choirs throughout his life. Now retired from a career as a scientist at Abbott/AbbVie, Don is a firm believer in the power of music education to enhance academic performance and personal growth. He lives in Deerfield and enjoys fishing, gardening, and traveling.

Andy Park
Andy joined the Bravo Waukegan Board in 2023 and was recently elected Treasurer. A financial advisor at Compound Planning, Andy brings over a decade of experience helping families manage wealth. He is excited to use his skills to support Bravo’s programs and help expand access to music education for underserved students. A lifelong music enthusiast, Andy is a baritone and former a cappella vocal percussionist. He lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with his wife, Catalina, and enjoys traveling and discovering new cuisines.

Dr. Anne Barry
Anne has been a member of the Bravo Waukegan Board since 2021 and currently serves as Secretary and liaison for the Bravo Buddies summer program. She is Associate Professor of Music and Director of Choral Activities at Lake Forest College. Originally from Ireland, Anne began her career as a primary and secondary school music teacher and has seen firsthand how transformative music education can be. She is passionate about Bravo’s mission to provide these same opportunities to students in Waukegan.

Katie Dudley
Katie Dudley, a veteran orchestra teacher for 41 years, has been working with Waukegan students for the past 32 years, helping the orchestra program to thrive and grow to more than 220 students in her school, Andrew Cooke Magnet School. She began a mariachi program in 2015. The advanced ensemble, Mariachi Estrellas de Waukegan, performs regularly for school and community events. Katie’s lifelong passion is helping students discover the joy of a musical education, and helping them to become the best they can be.

David Lee
David R. Lee is a lifelong resident of Lake Bluff, Illinois, and a retired banker with 35 years of service at Northern Trust. A proud father of two and newly minted grandfather as of 2025, David brings both professional experience and personal joy to everything he does.
Since 1997, David has been an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Lake Bluff & Lake Forest, whose mission is to “Serve the Children.” Through this work, he’s helped support countless initiatives that uplift youth and strengthen the community.
David has long believed in the transformative power of music and the arts. He champions the idea that creative expression plays a vital role in shaping well-rounded students and vibrant communities.
Now enjoying retirement, David remains deeply engaged in local service and continues to advocate for programs that foster education, creativity, and connection.

Steve Milota
Steve joined the Bravo Waukegan Board in 2020 and served as Treasurer until 2024. Now retired, he spent his career in Community and Business Banking, where he also enjoyed lending his time and expertise to nonprofit organizations. Steve previously served as Board President of the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Chamber of Commerce and as President of the school board at St. Catherine Laboure School in Glenview. He brings strong leadership and financial experience to Bravo and is proud to support its mission of expanding access to music education.

Robin O’Connor
Robin became a Bravo Waukegan Board Director in 2023, drawn to the mission through her lifelong connection to music. She received both vocal and instrumental training as a child and has passed that love of music to her own family—three of her four children now work professionally in the music industry. Robin brings a wealth of leadership experience and is committed to helping Bravo grow and thrive, ensuring more students have access to the joy and confidence that music brings.

Pat Sikorovsky
Pat Sikorovsky, a lifelong music lover and wife of an amateur violinist, founded Bravo Waukegan in 2010. Pat believes that every child should have the chance to learn an instrument. Born during the Great Depression and later a scholarship recipient at Wellesley College, Pat brought a strong sense of purpose and compassion to her work. She managed Bravo from her home in the early years—organizing events, distributing instruments, and building support for music education in Waukegan. Under her leadership, the organization has grown to include summer music camps, after-school mariachi clubs, and robust support for school music programs. Pat remains actively involved with Bravo and deeply committed to its mission.

Kavita Swaminathan
Kavita joined the Bravo Waukegan Board in 2025. A devoted community volunteer with a deep sense of giving back, she has been an active member of Applause, the nonprofit organization supporting the music program at Lake Forest High School. Kavita previously served as Treasurer of Applause and will soon step into the role of President. In addition, she will be chairing the Grants Committee for the Lake Forest High School Foundation.

For nearly eleven years, Kavita has also volunteered at Forest & Found, a local resale shop, where her commitment to service and community shines through. She brings a unique blend of passion for music, a strong volunteering spirit, and her engineering background—skills she uses to streamline operations and improve organizational efficiency in every role she takes on.

Louise Keats
Louise became Executive Director of Bravo Waukegan in 2024 after joining the organization in 2022. Originally from the UK, she spent 12 years working as a criminal barrister before emigrating to the United States. A first-generation college student from a working-class family, Louise is passionate about removing financial barriers to education and ensuring all children have access to meaningful opportunities—especially in the arts.

As a mother of two and a firm believer in the power of music to inspire, Louise is proud to lead Bravo’s mission to expand access to music education in Waukegan. She enjoys working closely with students, teachers, and supporters to grow the organization’s impact and strengthen community connections.
